Wesley Medical Center has confirmed that a 72-year-old Butler County man has been released after testing positive for the COVID-19 virus. He had been in isolation at the hospital, and he is now under self-quarantine at his home.
The Kansas Department of Health and Environment said the man had been on a cruise in the Caribbean, and he did not show symptoms until he returned home. His home city has not been revealed by health officials.
No Sedgwick County residents have tested positive for the virus.
