Liberal, Kansas is the winner of the annual International Pancake Day competition with Olney, England.
The winner was 20-year-old Pamela Bolivar of Liberal with a time of 1:03.52, beating the time of 1:07.16 in Olney.
The 76th annual race was part of a series of activities in Liberal for Shrove Tuesday, but high winds caused the cancellation of the annual parade that was scheduled for Tuesday afternoon.
