Today, the AWESOME is in Westfield, Indiana. David Fisher is a professional jump roper. He has three world records and has performed all over the country and around the world. However, recently, people know him as a hero. When a dog went running onto the ice and fell in, its 18-year-old owner ran to help, and he soon fell in. David heard the commotion, grabbed the Double Dutch rope from a bag he carries with him everywhere, and ran to help. Hearing the ice crack under his feet, he stopped, threw the rope to the boy, and pulled both the boy and his dog to safety. Using your gifts to save lives, David, THAT’S AWESOME.
