Investigators were looking into the cause of a late-night fire that left a southeast Wichita duplex with heavy damage.
The fire was reported around 11:30 p.m. Saturday on East Ross Parkway near George Washington Boulevard. Flames were coming from the front door of one of the units when crews arrived.
No one was home and there were no injuries. The Red Cross was called to help the residents of the unit that caught fire.
