A 21-year-old Wichita man was killed early Saturday when he was hit by a car on the city’s east side.
Officers found the man lying in the street around 1 a.m. in the 900 block of South Oliver. A witness said the man was in the inside lane on Oliver when he was hit by a northbound car. The man was taken to a hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
Police are still investigating.
