A Wichita man has been sentenced to more than 24 years in prison after pleading guilty to aggravated robbery.

A judge sentenced 23-year-old Brandon Prouse, Jr. to 290 months, with 216 months for the robbery count and another 74 months for violating probation on two earlier crimes.

Prosecutors said Prouse was with 27-year-old Justin Macormac and two people who were killed in a shooting in February, 2022.   Police found 38-year-old Bonnie Galloway and 30-year-old Connor O’Callaghan in a shed in the 2200 block of South Erie.  The two had been living in the shed.

Maccormac pleaded guilty to first degree murder, voluntary manslaughter, attempted second degree murder and two counts of criminal discharge of a firearm.  He was sentenced in September to life in prison with parole eligibility after 853 months.
