A man who was wanted for a fatal Halloween night shooting in east Wichita has turned himself in.
Police had been looking for 19-year-old Jermall Campbell for a shooting outside a Quik Trip at Central and Oliver. The shooting left 13-year-old Donald Williams dead and another teenager was critically injured.
Campbell turned himself in on Monday and he will be facing formal charges. A woman identified as his cousin, 19-year-old Carrice Profit, has been charged with first degree murder in connection with the shooting.
