Kansas Department of Transportation crews will shifting repair work to different lanes on Interstate 135 in north Wichita.
Ongoing pavement patching work will be moving from the left lanes to the right lanes for northbound and southbound traffic at the westbound K-254 crossing.
In addition, the northbound I-135 exit ramp to eastbound K-254 will close for about 10 days for the repairs. The work is scheduled during daytime hours, and drivers are encouraged to plan accordingly. Estimated completion is set for December, weather permitting.
During construction, the speed limit will be reduced to 50 mph in the work zone.
