Today, the AWESOME is in San Antonio, TX. When Keith Young collapsed in his home, his wife of 41 years feared the worst. She called 911 and experienced something that helped save her husband. Randy, the dispatcher on the other end of the call, sent Rachel a link. She clicked on it, and it instantly opened up a live video feed. Randy could now listen, see, and help in real-time, teaching Rachel how to do CPR and save her husband. Keith is at home recovering, and the 3 of them met recently so that Rachel could express her gratitude. Using everyday tech to save lives THAT’S AWESOME.
