A 12-year-old girl died at a hospital after being hit by a vehicle Saturday in west Wichita.
The unidentified girl was struck by a vehicle around 5:40 Saturday afternoon at 13th and Scouller, about two blocks east of Ridge Road.
Police said a Jeep SUV was traveling west on 13th when it struck the girl. The police department’s Critical Accident Team has been talking to witnesses and gathering information.
