Today, we salute Army Veteran Joel Ramirez. Joel served for 10 years in the U.S. Army. A time that helped him find two callings: To his country and his community. Joel was an Abrams Tanker in the Army; his responsibilities and leadership roles grew quickly, along with a passion for serving others. With his active duty military career over, he keeps busy giving of himself and his time volunteering for several charities in his area. Joel says he does all things “in hopes to gain camaraderie with my teams/teammates, new friendships, personal growth, but most of all to show my kids that with hard work and practice, you can achieve anything. I participate in charity events to give back to those who are less fortunate.” Thank you for being a helper, Joel, and THANK YOU for your service.
