Today we salute 90-year-old Korean War Veteran Bill Rogers. Bill said when he first saw his wife Natalie, he couldn’t take his eyes off her. They held hands on the first date and he said then knew it was forever. It was 70 years of the best love story before Bill’s wife passed, but he still honors her memory and their love every day. One way he did that recently was to skydive out of a perfectly good plane. He says each time he does it, he can hear his wife tell him he’s crazy. About his wife, Bill said, “She was just an amazing human, I loved her more than life – still do. My wife talked to me all the way down! She said, ‘I’ve got you in my arms.’” Thank you for sharing your love story Bill and THANK YOU for your service.
