1. While more Democratic officials are saying that President Joe Biden is the nominee and they support him, it’s being reported that behind closed doors they’re worried. One ally of Biden told “NBC News” under condition of anonymity that “No one is excited. Expectations are very low for Biden going forward.”

 

 

 

2. It’s a move that could soon be adopted in other states, maybe here in Kansas. Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin put an executive order in place yesterday to eliminate cell phone use in public schools. The order instructs the state Department of Education to come up with guidance for how to establish what the governor calls “cell phone-free education.

 

 

3. It seems Generation Z is having tattoo ‘regerts’. Zoomers, the first digital literate generation say the tattoos they got based on social media trends don’t have the same meaning now because those trends have faded. Listen to your elders kids…..skulls and dragons…you can’t go wrong with skulls and dragons.

 

 

 

 

4. Shrek is returning to the big screen. DreamWorks Animation announced Tuesday that “Shrek 5” is currently in development, with a July 2026 release currently set. Original “Shrek” stars Mike Myers, Eddie Murphy and Cameron Diaz are all confirmed to return.

 

 

 

 

5. There are a lot of things you shouldn’t try in a small town, a “Margarita Butt Funnel” is one of them. The small town of Waycross, Georgia has been rocked by a Margarita Butt Funnel controversy. A video showing a man trying to put a funnel in the backside of a woman’s britches and he commenced to pouring the margarita down her pants. The video and story has gone viral and now the employee is being sought to be held accountable and probably face charges. Clearly, this dude misunderstood how “Tequila Makes Her Clothes Come Off”.  THAT IS NOT what Joe Nichols meant.
