Death is hard. It’s something many of us don’t like to talk about. We are so quick to celebrate the start of life, but it’s the end of life we struggle with. There are so many reasons why. I still struggle to understand my own grief, you may be struggling with that too because at the end of the day it’s very personal. One of my favorite descriptions of grief comes from actor Andrew Garfield –
Regardless of how ready you think you are for grief and loss, you are not, but it’s up to you to figure out how you’re going to navigate that.
