In case you were wondering who is going to be the newest member of the Grand Ole Opry…it’s going to be CMA and ACM Entertainer of the Year, Lainey Wilson.  Last night on The Voice finale she was officially invited by Reba. Lainey will be officially inducted on June 7th.

In more Reba news, the trailer for her new sitcom “Happy’s Place” is finally out and it show you how good Reba is a comedy.

This fall, Martina McBride is going to be a judge on the Magnolia Network’s new talent competition series. It’s called “Second Chance Stage,” and it will showcase talents that range from dancing and singing to stand-up comedy. The eight-episode competition was filmed in Kansas City. McBride will be joined by actor Taye Diggs and “Saturday Night Live” cast member Heidi Gardner.

Jon Pardi is extending his Mr. Saturday Night Tour. It’s his first official headlining world tour. Pardi is adding over a dozen North American dates through October. The new leg kicks off September 5th in Baltimore. Special guests include Priscilla Block and Larry Fleet.

Kevin Costner posted a video and several stills from Yellowstone to honor his co-star Dabney Coleman who passed away a few days ago.  Kevin Costner of course played John Dutton, Dabney Coleman played his father.

It wasn’t so much a fall as it was a more like Patrick Mahomes sliding to protect himself after a run – but the stage has claimed another country star.  Add Luke Combs to the list of artists like Luke Bryan (who falls all the time), Carly Pearce, and others who have fallen while performing on stage.

Are Thomas Rhett and wife Lauren going to have more kids?  Well, a couple things point to that possibility.  In a recent interview he revealed he has not be “snipped” and he says they have not ruled it out.
