5. A man is facing charges after he allegedly tried to rob a convenience store with a five-foot snake around his neck. Police in Memphis, Tennessee, say Reginald Cook initially went into the store around 2:00a.m. and demanded money from the register. The cashier refused and Cook left. He returned again about an hour later, this time, with the snake wrapped around his neck and again demanded money. Cook was arrested and will be charged, but not with armed robbery because, well, the snake doesn’t have arms.
