Power was cut off again at the Towne West Square shopping mall in Wichita because of late payment on electric bills.
Evergy disconnected the power on Wednesday, but the larger stores have separate accounts in good standing and they still had electricity.
This is at least the fifth time in the past year that power has been shut off at the mall, which is owned by the Kohan Retail Investment Group.
