The Kansas Bureau of Investigation said a suspect has been arrested in Oklahoma after a shooting that left two men dead and two others injured in Dodge City.

Dodge City police officers were called to the Central Station Bar and Grill at 207 East Wyatt Earp Boulevard when the shooting was reported around 1 a.m. Sunday.   The Kansas Highway Patrol and the KBI also responded to the scene.

A 29-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene, and a 28-year-old man also died after being taken to a local hospital.   A 40-year-old man was flown to a Wichita hospital with life threatening injuries, and a 27-year-old man was treated and released from a Dodge City hospital.  Their names have not been released.

Police identified a suspect and it was believed that he was headed south in a 2011 Dodge Ram pickup.  Deputies in Beaver County, Oklahoma found the suspect’s pickup about a mile and a half south of Forgan, Oklahoma, and it was disabled because of a blown front tire.  The suspect was waiting for help from an area tire shop when deputies took him into custody.  He was booked into the Beaver County jail and formal charges are pending.

The KBI said the investigation is continuing.
