Today, JJ’s Star Spangled Salute honors Army Veteran Daashia Cochran and the group Holzerland Protection Dogs. Daashia, like so many, struggled with PTSD after her service in the Army. Now she is getting some help with that in the form of a post-traumatic stress support dog. Daashia had experience with Belgian Malinois’ during her time in the Army and in law enforcement, so it seemed fitting her new puppy was the same breed. Daashia was brought to tears by the gift and what it represented. Thank you Holzerland Protection Dogs for taking care of our Veterans and THANK YOU Daashia for your service.
