Access to southbound 127th Street was will soon open off of east Kellogg.
Traffic will soon be able to drive southbound of 127th Street East by taking the Kellogg frontage Road past Zelta. The City of Wichita says access should be open by Monday.
Northbound traffic will remain closed until Summer. That’s when the city expects reconstruction of Zelta underneath Kellogg to be completed.
