A Wichita woman is facing charges after an attempt to kidnap two children in Atlanta, Georgia.
26-year-old Esther Daniels was arrested June 22nd at Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. Police said she tried to take control of a stroller with a child on it, but the mother pushed her away. Daniels is then accused of picking up another child, but the father got the child away from her. Officers chased Daniels and took her into custody. Police said she appeared to be under mental distress.
Daniels is charged with kidnapping and obstructing an officer, and a court hearing is scheduled for July 11th.
