The Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office is holding a Detention career fair this weekend.
Registration starts at 8 a.m. Saturday, March 23, and the Law Enforcement Training Center at the Wichita State campus. Testing is scheduled to start at 9 a.m.
Anyone wanting to participate needs to bring athletic clothing, a social security card, and high school diploma. The Sheriff’s Office will hire people starting at 18-years-old, and those close to graduating high school can still attend.
