It seems only fitting that the “Aviation Capital of the World” is the center of attention in an upcoming world record attempt.  A Learjet 36A will take off from Wichita next week, head to the South Pole and then the North Pole, and return to Wichita in just three days. A world record flight for a Learjet sanctioned by the National Aeronautics Association.

Ben Stiller is calling out Variety for choosing negativity and microaggression toward the new Ryan Coogler, Michael B. Jordan movie “Sinners.” Rather than writing a headline celebrating its record-breaking box office weekend, Variety questioned whether the film could be profitable. Ben points out that historically, movies that have performed similarly with most white actors have been treated differently and more positively.
