Today, the AWESOME is in Philadelphia. Tracey Holms-Williams understands the importance of treating strangers with kindness because you don’t know what kind of day they’re having. Tracy has worked for the Southeast Philadelphia Transportation Authority (SEPTA) for 26 years. She does her best to help both people and kindness get around the city. Tracy sees hundreds of people a day, and her mission is to make them feel good and put a smile on their faces. She even posts positive quotes on her trolley to inspire people. Being a ray of sunshine and positivity every single day, THAT’S AWESOME.
