The Kansas State Fire Marshal’s Office is working with local officials in eastern Kansas to determine the cause of a fire that destroyed a downtown business.
The fire broke out Sunday night at The Den bar and grill at 113 West Santa Fe in Burlingame, in Osage County, and the business is a total loss. Flames were coming from the roof of the two-story building, and it took about four hours to bring the fire under control.
No injuries were reported.
