Today, the AWESOME is on TikTok. This one hits close to home for me or anyone who is following a dream of becoming an author. Last week, a video of Johnathan Stanley, a first-time author who lives in Pennsylvania, started to go viral. He was having a book signing at his local Barnes and Noble, and NOBODY was there for his book. The few customers who were there just kept on walking. The book that he was signing copies of is called Purposeful Performance: The Secret Mix of Connecting, Leading, and Succeeding.  This video, which struck the hearts of many, soon went viral on TikTok, and so did his book. In less than a day, his platform grew to 200 thousand followers, and his book fully sold out on Amazon and became an Amazon bestseller in every category. Stanley commented, saying, “I’m overwhelmed with gratitude—thank you all from the bottom of my heart. After losing my job, I poured everything into writing a book with one hope: to make a difference in someone’s life. Just one.” Changing lives, one post, one comment, one book at a time, THAT’S AWESOME!
