Botanica has placed ninth in USA Today in the listing of 10Best Botanical Gardens for 2025.
The Wichita gardens were nominated by the newspaper’s travel experts and they were selected as one of only 20 nominees that stood out across the nation.
Botanica’s executive director, Dr. Lynette Zimmerman, expressed thanks to the community for its support and said in a press release, “This is a testament to the skill
and hard work of our talented staff and dedicated volunteers.”
In the past 5 years, Botanica’s Illuminations has also gained national recognition and it has placed in the top 10 in USA Today’s 10Best Botanical Garden Holiday Lights each year.
