Let’s go to Poole, England, for the AWESOME today. Leandro Pinto Dantas was delivering groceries to a customer’s home the other day. The woman didn’t answer the door, even though the lights and TV were on. Like any good delivery driver, he knocked and called the contact number. With no answer, he started to leave, but then he stopped and was overwhelmed with a sense that something wasn’t right. Looking through the window, he spotted the woman unconscious on the floor. Without hesitation, he called emergency services. Paramedics quickly arrived and treated her with glucose, as she had experienced a diabetic episode that caused dangerously low blood sugar levels. Leandro was glad he was able to help, saying he believed God told him to turn around and check on her. The story doesn’t end there. While the woman was receiving medical attention, he put her groceries away. Going above and beyond for your fellow human, Leandro, THAT’S AWESOME.
