An unidentified man was killed and another was critically injured in a crash Saturday evening in Wichita’s Delano neighborhood.
Two vehicles collided around 7:30 p.m. near Maple and Osage, and one ended up on its top in the front yard of a home. Police said a 72-year-old man in one vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene and the other driver, a 29-year-old man, was taken to a hospital.
Police are still looking into the circumstances of the crash. The 800 block of West Maple was closed for several hours.
