The Labette County Sheriff’s Office and other agencies have been involved in a search for a missing man after an incident involving a tractor.
There was a report Tuesday of a man who may have been trapped in a tractor at a low water crossing on Ness Road, northeast of Edna. Deputies were unable to find the driver, identified as 82-year-old Lynn Gregory.
The search continued into Wednesday, involving the Parsons Fire Department, Bartlett Fire Department, Edna Fire Department, Labette County EMS, Altamont Police Department, and Kansas Wildlife & Parks. They have been searching the waterways in the region, and there have been no updates at this time.
