An unidentified man was taken to a hospital Monday night after an assault in a southeast Wichita neighborhood.
The man was found shot and stabbed in the 6500 block of East Morris, and he was taken to a hospital with critical injuries to his neck and leg.
Witnesses reported that the suspect left the area in a dark-colored sedan with lighted rims or wheels.
