Six people were injured Monday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash on K-254 in Butler County.
The crash was reported around 2:45 p.m. on K-254 at SW Adams Road, just west of Towanda. The Kansas Highway Patrol said a northbound SUV on Adams Road failed to yield at K-254 and collided with a westbound SUV.
The driver of the northbound SUV, a 28-year-old Benton man, had minor injuries. Two passengers, a six-year-old girl and a 10-month-old girl, were taken to a hospital with serious injuries.
The driver of the westbound SUV, a 45-year-old Haysville man, had minor injuries. A 42-year-old female passenger had serious injuries and a 16-year-old female passenger had minor injuries from the crash.
