The Kansas City Chiefs are going back to the Super Bowl for a chance at an NFL-record third straight title.
Kansas City knocked off the Buffalo Bills 32-29 to win the AFC Championship at Arrowhead Stadium. The Chiefs are heading to the Super Bowl for the fifth time in the last six seasons. Patrick Mahomes completed 18-of-26 pass attempts for 245 yards and a touchdown. He also rushed 11 times for 43 yards and two scores. Xavier Worthy finished with six catches for 85 yards and a touchdown while Kareem Hunt rushed for 64 yards and a TD.
The Chiefs will face the Philadelphia Eagles, who won the NFC title on Sunday with a dominant performance over the Washington Commanders. Saquon Barkley scored three times and the defense forced four turnovers in the 55-to-23 victory. Quarterback Jalen Hurts also accounted for four touchdowns himself.
Super Bowl 59 is set for February 9th when the Eagles take on the Kansas City Chiefs in New Orleans.
