The Kansas Highway Patrol is investigating a fatality crash that happened late Saturday night in Kiowa County.
The KHP said the crash happened shortly after 9 p.m. on Highway 54 about a mile west of Greensburg. A vehicle went off the roadway into a south ditch, became airborne and rolled a number of times before coming to rest in a field. A KHP report said the crash happened during a chase with law enforcement.
There was no word on the person or persons inside the vehicle, and more information is expected to be released later.
