If you’re a golf fan, you’ve probably heard of TGL – the indoor golf league formed by Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy, played in Palm Beach, Fl. There are three players on each team, and they compete on 15 holes in 2-hour matches. Players hit on real grass into giant screens in the arena or on real grass for shots on the green. There’s even sand from Augusta National bunkers on the course.
As the league becomes more popular, more teams are joining the TGL, like the new one in Atlanta. Arthur Blank, who owns the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United, put together Atlanta Drive GC and has partnered with big names: Luke Combs, Ryan Seacrest, Chipper Jones and Matt Ryan.
Atlanta Tees off tonight against New York at 7 pm Eastern.
