President-elect Donald Trump has been sentenced to unconditional discharge in his New York hush money case. That means he’ll go free without punishment, but his conviction still stands.

Trump was found guilty on dozens of felony counts of falsifying business records in connection to hush money payments made to adult film start Stormy Daniels right before the 2016 election.

The sentencing comes after multiple requests to block it were denied, including a decision by the Supreme Court. The sentencing classifies Trump as the first U.S. president to become a felon, but he plans to appeal.
