Wichita police are asking for information from the public on a fatal car-pedestrian incident.
Officers found 48-year-old Christian Zelenka in the street at Mt. Vernon and Washington around 6 p.m. on December 11th. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators said there was evidence that Zelenka was hit by a vehicle. Anyone who may have witnessed the incident is urged to contact WPD Detective McCluskey at 316-350-3685. Those wishing to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 316-267-2111.
