Wichita police have identified the victim of a deadly crash.  Twenty-one-year-old Andrew Graves was in the 900 block of South Oliver early Saturday morning when he was struck by a vehicle.  Graves later died at a hospital, and witnesses say he was wearing dark clothing and was lying in the road when he was struck.
