A Wichita man has entered a no contest plea to two counts of first degree murder for the killings of two people in a Riverside home last year.
The plea was entered Thursday by 63-year-old Charles Crawford, and he will be sentenced on February 10th.
Crawford was arrested by police on July 25th, 2023 after a two-hour standoff with police in the 1100 block of North Woodrow. Officers had discovered the bodies of 58-year-old Donald Eckert and 50-year-old Vanessa Crawford inside a home, then Charles Crawford appeared and threatened to hurt himself.
