Crews will be closing a ramp for overnight work at Wichita’s North Junction starting Monday evening.
The southbound I-135 ramp to eastbound K-96 will be closed at 7 p.m. and crews will be working until around 7 a.m. the next morning. The ramp will be closed for at least the next three nights.
During the closure, southbound motorists will have a detour, taking I-135 to 29th Street, then going north on Hydraulic and using the new ramp to rejoin eastbound K-96. Detour signs will be in place, and drivers are urged to stay alert in the work zone.
