Today, we salute Nicholas Frost. Yesterday was Rockey City Marathon day in Huntsville, Alabama, and Nicholas was running 26 miles for the 22 Veterans who take their own lives every day. His goal was to raise as much money as possible for the charity Mission 22 and to raise awareness about Veterans and their struggles with mental health. While Frost never served, members of his family did and that’s what inspired him to do something. Thank you for helping Nicholas and to all the Veterans you are helping, THANK YOU for your service.
