The Kingman County Sheriff’s Office is looking into the disappearance of 50 calves in two separate incidents.

The first incident was reported on a farm in southeast Kingman County with around 13 calves missing, and the second incident was in the northwest part of the county with around 37 calves missing.   Information on the missing calves can be reported to Deputy Cory Pierce or Deputy Matthew Purcell at 620-532-5133.   The Kansas Department of Agriculture Livestock Brand program is also helping with the investigation.    No details have been released on the circumstances or when the calves were reported missing.
