Today, the Awesome is right here in Wichita. Chances are, a lot of you were busy this past weekend from Thanksgiving to Cyber Monday, there has been a lot of shopping. On Friday, something special happened at one local Wichita store. Knockout Sneaker Boutique in downtown Wichita opened its doors on Friday at 6 a.m. to a steady stream of Black Friday customers. One family was surprised when their son Zayden was given 4 pairs of new sneakers by a stranger. That stranger was the co-owner of Knockout Sneaker Boutique, Cade McGaugh. He said making someone smile meant more to him than money. A random act of kindness to brighten someone’s day, THAT’S AWESOME.
