Wichita State University has confirmed that a man arrested for an alleged rape incident is a student and graduate assistant.
The man was arrested at WSU’s McKinley Hall and booked into the Sedgwick County jail for rape and criminal sodomy, for an incident that is alleged to have occurred on November 4th.
The university says there is no threat to the campus. The incident is being investigated by university police but no other information has been released.
