A Wichita woman has been charged with first degree murder and criminal discharge of a firearm in connection with a Halloween shooting that left one teenager dead and another critically injured.
A hearing was held Friday for 19-year-old Carrice Profit, and her bond was set at $500,000 with the next court appearance scheduled for November 25th.
Police are still looking for Profit’s cousin, 19-year-old Jermall Campbell in connection with the shooting outside a Quik Trip at Central and Oliver. The shooting resulted in the death of 13-year-old Donald Williams. Police said shots were fired at a gathering in the parking lot after a disturbance broke out.
