A federal judge has ruled in favor of Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach and 15 other state attorneys general in striking down a Biden administration program that would have granted amnesty to illegal aliens married to U.S. citizens.
Kobach had argued that the program was unlawful, and U.S. District Court Judge J. Campbell Barker said in his ruling that the Biden administration lacks the authority to create the amnesty program.
