Former President Donald Trump won Kansas with 57 percent of the vote in final unofficial numbers from the Secretary of State’s Office for Tuesday’s general election. Kamala Harris had 41 percent of the vote in the state.
In the congressional races, 1st District Congressman Tracey Mann had 70 percent of the vote to defeat Democratic challenger Paul Buskirk, who had 30 percent.
In the 2nd District, former Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt had 57 percent of the vote to win over Democrat Nancy Boyda with 38 percent.
Democratic incumbent Sharice Davids won a fourth term in the 3rd District with 53 percent of the vote to Republican challenger Prasanth Reddy’s 43 percent.
The 4th District race had Republican incumbent Ron Estes winning with 65 percent of the vote, while Democratic challenger Esau Freeman had 35 percent.
