Today, we salute Marine Veteran Scott Burns. Scott is finishing the fundraiser that has kept him 13 feet above the ground for a good cause. Scott served from 1991 to 1995, suffering an injury to his foot that eventually led to amputation. The other leg was taken a short time later due to an infection. Through all of this, Scott has not lost sight of giving back and taking care of those who have served. He founded the non-profit “Seven Days for the Troops” and spent 7 days, 13 feet in the air, raising money for Veterans and, this year, helping victims of Hurricane Helene. Thank you for helping others, Scott, and THANK YOU for your service.
