Today, the AWESOME is in Houston, Texas. A local Chick-fil-A demonstrated exceptional customer service by surprising longtime customers Bill and Becky with a dream trip. Bill is terminally ill; he and Becky have been together for over 50 years, and they have aspired to see all the state capitals. The only one left after all this time was Juneau, Alaska. The Houston restaurant reached out to the one in Alaska, and the trip became a reality, complete with pictures, special excursions, and more. When a fast food restaurant serves up a side of kindness with your order, THAT’s AWESOME.
