Hutchinson police said they have arrested a Eureka woman in connection with a fatal drug overdose that happened in June.
Officers with the Hutchinson Police Department Special Operations Unit arrested a 37-year-old man on a probable cause warrant for 13 counts, including distribution of a controlled substance resulting in death, conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance resulting in death, and unlawful use of a communication device. Bond for the suspect was set at $250,000.
